Tirecheck puts its people at the heart of everything it does. With a growing €20m business and a pioneering new product to launch, building customer trust in a competitive market and retaining top talent were key goals for the re-brand. With a 100+ strong team based in four countries, giving people a voice was key. We designed an anonymous questionnaire to discover what the team valued about Tirecheck, as well as what they would like to see change. This allowed us to see how the teams view of the brand aligned with the leadership team so we could identify goals and track change.
